Packed up camp and drove from Keystone, South Dakota to the YMCA Camp of the Rockies at Estes Park, Colorado. Long drive, warm conditions and endless road stretched out in front of us for most of the day.
Arrived at the Y-Camp and promptly settled into our cabin (a 3 bedroom cabin with spectacular views). Will heed the warning of it being bear season and will be careful not to leave food or rubbish out! Have not had the chance to take many photos yet - but will endeavour to get some good shots to provide you with a idea of where we currently are. We are pleasantly surprised that we can get very limited phone and internet coverage. The photos connected to this entry are the view we can see from our cabin ... fantastic!
Andrew & the kids have already had a round of min-golf while I went shopping for supplies.
Very tired, but relaxed.
