What a wonderful day we have had. We started by going to church. Great music, great facilities and friendly welcome. Coffee available before and after the service. Just my style - sitting in worship with a hot cuppa! (I thought of your parent's church Dawn).
We then packed our swim gear and went up to Lake Okoboji to go sailing n perfect weather wiht friends of Sue and Dennis'. Thank you Sharon and Tom for a great day relaxing on the water. Sharron even went in swimming with Andrew & the kids!!!!! There was an inflatable climbing wall near a beach that the kids could climb and then slide down into the water.
Washing and packing to leave to go to South Dakota tomorrow. We will stay 2 nights in the Black Hills and hope to get some great pictures of Mount Rushmore.
We can't believe our time in Spencer has come to an end. One week down and only 4 to go! This is possibly the last time Sharron will visit Spencer, and she is feeling a little sad about that - it holds so many great memories for her. Maybe one more visit?? She'd love to bring Andrew back here to experience a winter!
