We went shopping at Walmart and were blown away by the fact that we could go tot he one department store and purchase clothes, toiletries, groceries and ammunition!!! It was a little unnerving, to say the least, seeing the displays of guns, knives, bows and arrows and ammunition (plus targets, camouflage clothing, etc available to the general public (and children) so readily!
Moving onto the grocery aisles and there were many unfamiliar products. The breakfast cereal aisle was also unsettling with so many products with high sugar levels (can you imagine froot loops with sprinkles or marshmallows!!!?) Couldn't find anything similar to weetbix.
Certainly eye opening!
